You can have a great pitch deck, but if you get up in front of it and fumble your way through, investors won’t be left with the confidence in you you’re hoping for.
Run through your pitch over and over, until you can do it from memory. Time yourself. It’s good to have a few versions depending on how much time you have. If you have 10 minutes, you can really go into it. If you have 90 seconds, you’ll have to high-level it where you just touch on each point. Three to five minutes might be a sweet spot, but you’ll want to be fluid in each scenario.
