Module 3: Branding Your Story
Now that your slides are built and content is in, it's time to go through and make it look, read, and feel like it belongs to your company — both with visuals and cadence.Module 3
Branding Your Story
Visual Elements
In this section, you’ll spend a little time adding your logo and defining your visual brand by selecting your color palette, fonts, and any patterns or graphic design marks. You’ll want to customize charts and graphs to your color palette and graphic style. If you’re using photos or other visual graphics to communicate, these can be selected and styled to fit your brand.
Writing and Speaking Style
Your overall cadence can be styled to be as important to your brand as the visuals that go along with it. It can tell your audience a bit about you, just in the way things are written or spoken.
Polishing Your Pitch
An important role of your pitch deck is to compliment and reinforce your pitch. If it’s standing alone, attached to an email, you may have a little time here. However it will be important that you’re able to smoothly give your company’s pitch, whether or not you’re in front of your Pitch Deck. It’s extremely imported to demonstrate confidence and that you are knowledgeable about the business, in all aspects.
